Firstly, we should ban speaking other language in BC, because you don’t practice your English and not everyone can speak your language. Secondly, you have to respect your classmates. However, speaking your language sometimes helps you to understand more and translate some vocabulary. Also, sometimes your language is clearer but you shouldn’t speak it all the time.
